What is the minimum quantity I can order?

We can support the sample service for testing and confirm the technical details.

What is the delivery time?

For sample in stock, we will make the shipment within 5 days after received the payment.
For the customize product, the sample delivery time will be 20~30 days after the payment and all customized material have been confirmed.
For bulk quantity, the manufacturing time will be 30~45 days.

What is the payment terms?

For sample, we accept 100% payment before shipment.
For bulk quantity, it will be 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment.

Can I customize my packaging?

Sure. We can provide the customize service including the hardware, software, structure, package, accessories etc.

Do you offer product mock before actual production?

After the product sample have been confirm, we will run the DVT before the bulk quantity production.
